The problem

Your ceiling isn't demand.
It's hours.

Most agencies price social per client, then find the eleventh client costs them a hire. Strategy, captions, design, scheduling, approvals — the work scales with the client list. Margin flattens exactly when revenue grows.

Quocia removes the part that scales fastest: producing the content. Strategy, captions and visuals are generated per client, in that client’s voice, in minutes. Your team moves from making the work to approving it.

Add a client, not a headcount.

Your team

No more chasing approvals.
Or spreadsheets. Or threads.

Social for a dozen clients usually lives in five places at once — spreadsheet, WhatsApp thread, Drive folder, someone’s inbox, and the platform itself. Every new client multiplies it.

Quocia keeps it all in the client's project — drafted, reviewed, approved and published in one place.

  • Anyone can answer "what’s going out for this client on Thursday?"
  • Approvals happen where the content lives, not across three threads
  • A new hire picks up a client by opening the project
  • Contractors and freelancers can be scoped to the one client they're working on
  • Nothing publishes until someone with the authority signs it off

Questions

Questions agencies
actually ask.

How is this priced?

Your base subscription buys project slots — anywhere from 2 to 100. The price per slot drops as you add more, so the bigger your roster, the less each client costs. Set your client count at the top of this page to see the exact figure. Pay monthly, or yearly for around 20% less.

What is a project slot?

One slot holds one active client project. Activating a project takes a slot, and the slot is what unlocks auto-posting, higher post volumes and the rest of the Professional feature set for that client. Projects you haven't activated don't take a slot.

What does each slot include?

Each slot adds the same allowances a Professional plan gets. The difference is that Agency pools them: every allowance from every slot goes into one shared pool that all your projects draw from. A quiet month on one client leaves more for the client who's busy, instead of stranding it.

What if I need more projects than my base covers?

You can still activate one. When every base slot is taken, Quocia asks you to confirm a flexible slot before the project goes live, so nothing is charged without you agreeing to it. Flexible slots are billed monthly and renew on the same date as your base subscription. Once your base has room again, any flexible slot you no longer need cancels itself at that renewal date. If you're consistently over, raising your base is cheaper per project than running on flexible slots.

How do I free up a slot?

Deactivate the project. Two rules worth knowing: a project has to have been active for at least a week before it can be deactivated, and the slot frees up at your next monthly renewal date rather than straight away. That keeps slot counts and billing on the same clock.

How is this different from your Professional plan?

Professional is priced for one brand. Agency is priced per client project, so the more clients you manage the less each one costs — plus team roles scoped per client, and priority support. Same tool, built to run at agency volume.

What happens when I lose a client?

Deactivate their project and the slot frees up at your next monthly renewal. If that puts you back inside your base, any flexible slot you were paying for cancels itself. To reduce the base itself, lower your slot count and it takes effect at the end of the current period. No contract, no minimum term.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes — invite your team and assign roles. You can scope someone’s access to a single client, which is useful for freelancers and contractors.

Can I import content my client already approved?

You can upload the client's own photos and assets into their project media library. What you won’t need is a bulk CSV of captions — Quocia writes those inside the project, so there’s nothing to import.

Can I send reports to my clients?

Performance data lives in each client's project for your team. Client-facing report exports are on the roadmap.

Can I white-label it?

Not yet. White-label is in development — join the waitlist and we’ll bring you in early.

Does the AI sound generic?

Each project learns that client's voice from their website, their existing content and your edits. A dental clinic and a nightclub don't come out sounding the same.

What platforms does it publish to?

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X and Pinterest — natively, on schedule.

Is my clients' data separated?

Each project is isolated — separate accounts, assets, calendars and permissions. Nothing crosses between clients.

Where do I read the full documentation?

In the Quocia help centre — eight guides covering buying the plan, drafts and activation, client links, credits and limits, people and access, and every billing change.
