What you get on Agency, and what it costs
How Agency pricing works
You choose a number of Base projects (2 to 100). That number does two things at once:
- it decides how many projects you can have Active at the same time, and
- it multiplies your whole allowance — credits, images, storage and users.
The more base projects you buy, the less each one costs.

Price per month
| Base projects | Paid monthly | Per project / month | Paid yearly | Per project / month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | $149 | $74.50 | $1,429 | $59.54 |
| 3 | $223 | $74.33 | $2,139 | $59.42 |
| 4 | $297 | $74.25 | $2,849 | $59.35 |
| 5 | $335 | $67 | $3,216 | $53.60 |
| 10 | $670 | $67 | $6,431 | $53.59 |
| 15 | $945 | $63 | $9,071 | $50.39 |
| 25 | $1,495 | $59.80 | $14,351 | $47.84 |
| 50 | $2,470 | $49.40 | $23,701 | $39.50 |
| 100 | $4,420 | $44.20 | $42,401 | $35.33 |
Yearly is about 20% cheaper than paying monthly.
Prices are shown in your local currency where Quocia supports it; the card and the checkout page always tell you which currency you are being charged in. Use the country picker above this article to see the table in another country's prices.
What one base project gets you
Every base project adds the same block of allowance to the shared pool:
| Per base project | 2 projects | 5 projects | 10 projects |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3,000 Q-Credits / month | 6,000 | 15,000 | 30,000 |
| 30 free AI images / month | 60 | 150 | 300 |
| 30 GB media storage | 60 GB | 150 GB | 300 GB |
| 2 workspace users | 4 | 10 | 20 |
Plus, on every Agency plan:
- Post direct to multiple platforms
- Auto post scheduling & posting
- Analytics
- Administrators management
- Priority Email Support
One AI image costs 40 Q-Credits once your free monthly images are used up.
Flexible capacity: going over your base
You are never blocked from taking on one more client. If you activate a project when every base slot is full, Quocia adds one month of flexible capacity and charges you for it immediately.
| Active projects in total | Cost of the next one, per month |
|---|---|
| 3rd, 4th or 5th | $74 |
| 6th to 10th | $67 |
| 11th to 25th | $55 |
| 26th and beyond | $39 |
Management shows this as Next flexi active rate. The first month is pro-rated depending on when you buy it.
Flexible capacity bills every month until you deactivate that project. If you know you'll keep it, moving it onto your base plan is cheaper — see Changing your plan.
Derived limits
Two more numbers scale with your paid capacity (base + any flexible you're paying for):
- Draft limit = 2 × paid capacity. A 2-project plan can hold 4 drafts at once. Shown as Drafts 1 / 4. Activate or delete a draft to make room.
- Plan-rate creations = 2 × paid capacity per month. New projects created this month at your plan's included rate. Once those are used, further projects are created this month at the standard rate.
Agency vs the personal plans
| Professional | Agency (min. 2 base) | |
|---|---|---|
| Projects | 1 | 2 Active + drafts |
| Q-Credits / month | 3,000 | 6,000 |
| Free AI images / month | 30 | 60 |
| Storage | 30 GB | 60 GB |
| Users | 1 | 4 |
| Administrators management | — | Yes |
| Client connector links | — | Yes |
| One shared pool + one bill | — | Yes |
If you run more than one brand, Agency is the shape that fits: one bill, one pool, and projects you can switch on and off as clients come and go.
Frequently asked
Can I start an Agency from a paid project? No. Only a project on a free plan can start one — Only projects without a paid plan can start an Agency. Start from a free project, then import your other free projects in the first 7 days.
Does the base number limit how many projects I can create? No. It limits how many can be Active at once. You can hold drafts up to twice your paid capacity, and a draft uses no paid slot — though generating its strategy and posts still spends Q-Credits.
Do unused Q-Credits roll over? The monthly pool resets each billing month. Credits you buy (your wallet) sit separately and are used after the monthly pool runs out — they keep their own expiry date.
What currency am I charged in? Whatever the pricing card and Stripe checkout show. Both say so explicitly.
